- Many years ago I worked for a summer as an apprentice horticulturist. That year changed my life, and I have longed to get back to garden ever since. I have long carried a dream of creating a kitchen garden, full of herbs, flowers and vegetables. I love the beauty that a garden inspires, I love how you can grow a plant and how that can extend to inspiration in a vast array of areas; cooking, art, community, activism, healing and above all meaning.
